Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Smart DCA: BTC/ETH account and all associated data. We take data privacy seriously and will process all deletion requests promptly.

How to Request Account Deletion

  1. Send an email to our support address below with the subject line "Account Deletion Request"
  2. Include the email address associated with your Smart DCA: BTC/ETH account so we can locate your data
  3. We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days
  4. Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your confirmed request
  5. You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete

What Data Is Deleted

The following table outlines what data is deleted and what, if any, is retained following an account deletion request.

Firebase Account Your email address and authentication credentials Deleted Immediately upon processing
App Preferences Capital amount, target date, frequency settings stored locally on your device Deleted Removed from device on uninstall
Session Data Cached market data and strategy results stored locally Deleted Removed from device on uninstall
Anonymized Usage Logs Server-side access logs that do not contain personally identifiable information Retained Up to 90 days per Google Cloud policy
⚠ Note: App preferences and cached data stored locally on your device are not accessible to FullCourt Press LLC remotely. To fully remove this data, uninstall the Smart DCA: BTC/ETH app from your device after your account deletion is processed.

Alternative: Sign Out via the App

If you wish to immediately end your session and remove cached data without a full account deletion, you can sign out directly within the app:

  1. Open Smart DCA: BTC/ETH
  2. Tap the Settings icon (⚙) in the top left corner
  3. Select Sign Out

Signing out clears your cached session data and market data from the device but does not delete your Firebase account. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, follow the email process above.
